Have you received your order but are you still not completely satisfied? That is a shame! We strive for high customer satisfaction, so we will try to help you as well as possible. Below we have described how you can easily return or exchange your order.

Return or exchange of your order

You can return your order up to 14 days, as long as it retains its original characteristics: labels, proof of purchase and without any trace of use. Once the original terms and conditions have been confirmed, we will ensure that the purchase amount is in your account within 5 working days of receiving the return shipment. Return costs are for your own account. Here are five simple steps to return or exchange your product via PostNL with our reply number:

Step 1: Send an email to to indicate that you want to return or exchange. Add the following information to this:

•            ORDER NUMBER

•            NAME

•            E-MAIL ADDRESS


Step 2: After we have received the e-mail from you, we will create a return label for you. You will receive the return label from us as soon as possible by e-mail.

Step 3: Stick the created PostNL return label on a visible place on the outside of the package.

Step 4: Deliver the package ready for dispatch and with the return label at one of the PostNL Service Points within 30 days. Request a proof of shipment with the ‘track and trace’ and keep it in a safe place.

Step 5: Once we have received the item in our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation. We ensure that the purchase amount is returned to your bank account within 5 working days.
