How to buy at Luxzys

Our buying process is quick and easy. You just have to follow a few simple steps to receive the desired products safely and easily at the delivery address you specify. Due to Covid-19 the delivery time deviates from the standard delivery time. Currently take into account a delivery time of 4 to 9 working days.

We would like to point out that you can create an account with which you can save items as a favourite for 24 hours. In addition, you can easily see your orders and invoices.


  1. Click on the product category which you are interested in and click on the article to view the details (images, description, composition, reference, prices, sizes and available colours).
  2. Optionally select the desired colour and size and add the item to the shopping cart by clicking on "add to cart".
  3. Go to your shopping cart at the top right of your screen. You must then provide your personal details. Always check whether these details are correct.
  4. Choose the payment method and complete the order.
  5. You will then receive an email with the order confirmation. Here you will find the "track and trace" code of your order.

Delivery charges

For every order, an amount of €3,95 shipping costs will be charged. From €30,00 the shipping of your order will be for free!

How to cancel your order

Contact us at contact@luxzys.com to inform us of your cancellation. You can cancel the order without extra costs, if it has not yet been sent. With a cancellation you will receive the total purchase amount back. If your order is already on the way, it can unfortunately not be cancelled. When you have received the item you will have to send it back. Go to the page return or exchange to read information about how you can return or exchange your items.
